Current Rates

• $129 per night for up to 2 adults.
• $20 per additional person/per night up to ( 2 ) additional adults.
• Theft or Damage policy - Credit cards are required on all reservations as a security deposit for theft or damage of any items in and around property. 
• Non-Refundable cleaning deposit - $100 non-refundable deposit other than pet related.

Length of Stay and Occupancy

• Minimum stay of 2 nights.
• Maximum stay of  7 nights.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
• Minimum age of occupants is 21 (younger guests with approval).

Holidays

• Memorial Day, Fourth of July & Labor Day require a minimum of a ( 3 ) night stay.
• Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years require a minimum of a ( 7 ) night stay.

Notes

• All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  
• Rates are subject to change and will only be guaranteed once your reservation is confirmed.
• NC & County Lodging taxes are 11% combined in addition to your nightly rate.
• An additional 3% credit card fee will be charged if you pay by credit card.
